Quality Control

Boom Industrial has established a comprehensive quality system with certifications in IATF16949, ISO9001, and ISO14001 for environmental management. Our robust quality control system encompasses the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.

To maintain the highest quality standards for our customers we have established a state of the art testing laboratory, equipped with the most advanced testing equipment on the market today. This ensures your components are 100% within specification.

Since manual measurements for O-rings is an antiquated technique, Boom Industrial features new automated inspection equipment that can inspect ten O-rings per second. We also utilize a Moving Bridge Coordinate Measuring Machine to test accuracy of all products made at our facilities. The latest addition to our laboratory is a Keyence digital microscope measuring system that allows us to measure high precision components. Our quality control process is exceptional because it is based on commitment to total customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of product and human expertise.

Our customers’ success is our success. Boom Industrial is making waves in the industry, with our experienced and seasoned team and innovative equipment, we continuously improve and develop new rubber, plastic, and metal products at an unmatched competitive value.
